Copenhagen, 2011

The Board of Directors met in Copenhagen, Denmark on November 9-10, 2011 to discuss the following:

• Issues related to the results following the replenishment event,
• Implementing the accountability matrix and results framework,
• Monitoring and evaluation strategy,
• Implementing the strategic directions (girls' education, fragile states, quality and learning outcomes),
• A report from the Financial Advisory Committee,
• Status of the Global Partnership for Education Fund,
• Policies on communications protocol on misuse of trust funds and conflict of interest, and a focus on the country support team within the Secretariat.
