The Board meeting takes place in Siem Reap, Cambodia, from November 30  to December 2, 2016.

The Board of directors discussed the following:

• a preliminary report on the GPE 2020 indicators
• the financial forecast
• risk financing and the operational risk framework
• targeted financing to support learning assessment
• the new financing and funding framework
• the upcoming 2017 replenishment, including Secretariat's capacity
• grant allocations
• the governance review.
