Bertheline Nina Tchangoue is a youth advocate from Cameroon.  She has expertise in environmental sustainability, youth development, and women and girls rights.

She is a member of the Youth Steering Committee of  Plan  International's new initiative Global Voice for Change, which  facilitates learning between young people and promotes youth led advocacy at  regional and international decision making forums and events.

She is a also member of the Global Education First Initiative Youth Advocacy Group and a youth champion for the Global Partnership for Education replenishment.
