Developing country partners are eligible to apply for financial support from the Global Partnership for Education Fund to implement their education plans. Indicative allocations inform both recipient developing countries and donors of grant resources available based on transparent criteria developed in the Needs and Performance Framework (NPF). The NPF is a tool used to prioritize country allocation requests and reflect the Global Partnership’s policy priorities:
The amounts are indicative only. All allocations for education plan implementation grants are subject to a successful application, approval by the Board of Directors and availability of resources. Indicative allocations are reviewed on an annual basis and may be adjusted.
