Dubai Cares and Education Cannot Wait renew commitment to education for crisis-affected children

Former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown joined other global leading champions for education at a special event co-hosted by Dubai Cares and the Education Cannot Wait fund on the sidelines of the 72nd UN General Assembly.

Dubai Cares reiterates its commitment to supporting education in emergencies and Education Cannot Wait continues to mobilize more investment needed to get every crisis-affected child into school and learning by 2030 yet, there is still an overwhelming need for collective action towards providing educational opportunities for children affected by emergencies and protracted crises. This gathering is instrumental in bringing together the best minds from around the world to exchange ideas and share best practices in order to formulate sustainable solutions.
