Op ed: Sharing the future by building better education systems

In this op ed, Julia Gillard stresses that in addition to domestic and external financing, building stronger education systems is a key element of the educational progress of a country. She also highlights that a system approach is relevant because it ensures that the delivery of quality education is equitable and consistent throughout a country and across different regions, cultures and income levels.
