Three principles for global support to refugee education

Among the actions that need to happen to ensure refugees have access to quality education is that funding is multi-year and predictable.

Encouragingly, countries such as Chad, Cameroon, Niger, Pakistan, and South Sudan have included refugees in national planning documents. In 2016, Chad became the first country to receive funding from the GPE to support the education of refugees.
