At its last face to face meeting in Copenhagen, November, 2011, the Board of Directors of the Global Partnership for Education agreed to a high level, rapid review of hosting arrangements for the Global Partnership Secretariat to explore options including possible arrangements outside of the World Bank. Dr. Alison Evans, Director of the Overseas Development Institute (ODI), a London-based independent think tank, has agreed to lead this review. The review will inform the development of a Strategic Plan (2012-2015), to be presented to the Board of Directors in June 2012. It is expected that this review will complement and contribute to the development of the Strategic Plan.
