Mark Manns is Programme Officer at UNESCO Bangkok, the Asia-Pacific Regional Bureau for Education, where he works in the Section for Inclusive Quality Education. Currently, his focus is on the quality of education, working on the Happy Schools Project (promoting learner well-being and happiness), as well as coordinating a regional research study on the “culture of testing” (examining social and cultural factors and perceptions that influence and shape learning and education).
