Chantal Rigaud is a Senior Communication Specialist at the GPE Secretariat, where she leads the website and editorial content team. She works to enhance the visibility of education in general and GPE’s work in particular. Prior to joining GPE, she worked as a Communication Associate in the Transitional Demobilization and Reintegration Program of the World Bank, which helped ex-combatants return to civilian life in post-conflict African countries. She also has experience supporting infrastructure projects in the Middle East and North Africa and in environment activities, in particular ocean-related work under PROBLUE.
