One day after the historic adoption of the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development, leaders from the Global Partnership for Education, the Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria, UNICEF and UNAIDS, co-hosted an event to agree on a new approach to cross-sector collaboration in health and education.

Policy makers and leaders of various governments and organizations emphasized the need to find new ways to work together to improve the lives of millions of girls and women in developing countries, starting with further collaboration to maximize impact and returns on investment.
