Yemen's application for COVID-19 funding to support the Ministry of education’s COVID-19 national response plan, aiming at ensuring continued and inclusive learning during the COVID-19 outbreak, reopening of schools with preventive measures, and build resilience to face any future crisis.

The project includes three main components:

• Response to the urgent crisis through facilitating self and home-based learning;
• Recovery and Resilience through supporting school reopening with preventive measures, teachers training, and enhancing the resilience of the education system to respond to any future crisis; and
• Project management.
