Ye Ra Kim is an Information Management, Monitoring and Evaluation and Communications Officer at UNICEF Central African Republic (CAR). She joined the Education Team at UNICEF CAR in February 2014 and has been involved in GPE supported programs in the country including the accelerated funding (2014-2015) as well as the three year (2015-2017) program aiming at rebuilding CAR’s education system after the conflict. In the past, she also supported CAR’s Education Cluster related activities and currently works with the Ministry of Education on the implementation of EduTrac, the innovative education data collection tool using SMS for real-time monitoring of schools across the country.
