Stephen Bayley is a PhD candidate at the University of Cambridge. He holds a Masters in International Education and Development from the University of Sussex and previously worked as an Education Adviser and Project Manager on programs in Nigeria, Rwanda and Tanzania.  Stephen initially qualified and practiced as a lawyer and has worked with NGOs and community initiatives across Africa and Latin America.
