Mame Cissé is a communication specialist, documentary films director and producer who used to be a TV production manager and Head of the Program Unit of the second national TV (RTS2) at the Radio Télévision Sénégalaise (RTS).

Mrs Cissé is bilingual and holds a Master in Communication. She is a committed activist advocating for women and children’s rights.
