Katy Bullard is a consultant with the Teachers and Teaching Cluster at the GPE Secretariat. She has worked with students from preprimary to university level in Kenya, South Africa, and Bangladesh, and has conducted research on curriculum, student-centered pedagogy, girls' education, and refugee education in Kenya, Burkina Faso, and Greece. She also worked in Sierra Leone designing teacher trainings and other education programming and has worked with organizations such as the UNESCO International Bureau of Education, the OECD, and the FXB Center for Health and Human Rights on education research. Katy holds a master's in international education policy and a graduate certificate in child protection from Harvard.
