Jennifer Vu is an ECE Consultant in the Education Section at UNICEF, providing technical assistance and support to UNICEF’s global ECE initiatives. Prior to UNICEF, Jennifer was a consultant with ChildFund and taught at the University of Delaware, where she was also co-Investigator on a $2 million grant from the US Department of Health and Human Services looking at the effects of a parenting intervention in buffering young children from toxic stress. Jennifer holds a Masters degree in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Doctorate in Human Development and Psychology from the UCLA Graduate School of Education and Information Sciences.
