2018 program development grant for Rwanda

April 2018 – The Global Partnership for Education Secretariat approved the following grant:

US$139,487 for Rwanda to prepare a new education program

Description: The program development grant will support Rwanda’s efforts in designing a program to support the implementation of the education sector plan.

The program will be implemented through the collaboration between DFID a key partner of the Global Partnership for Education, as grant agent and the Government of Rwanda.

UNICEF has been nominated by the local education group to serve as coordinating agency in Rwanda.
