Dominica highlights importance of leadership in education

At a two-day national leadership forum, the Secretary of the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development in Dominica highlighted the importance of leadership and management in the education sector to improving learning outcomes. 

Dominica, a member of the Global Partnership for Education, is focusing on education reform with an emphasis on leadership performance as a catalyst in creating opportunities to develop students.
