Richard Mativu is a Senior Technical Advisor at Deaf Child Worldwide in East Africa. Richard is deaf and has over ten years’ experience working in the disability and inclusive development sector. Richard’s work focuses on supporting and strengthening local partner organizations in Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya to deliver programs for deaf children and their families.
