Theodore Talbot is GPE's innovative finance lead. 

Before joining GPE, he was a senior analyst with the Center for Global Development's office in London. While there, he built and expanded CGD’s workstream at the intersection of finance and development.

Before joining CGD, he worked at the Ministry of Planning and Investment in Hanoi. 

Theo has a Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, and political science, and an MSc and PhD in economics. During his PhD, he was an Overseas Development Institute (ODI) Fellow in the Pacific.
