Since 2012, Amara has been serving as the Technical Adviser in charge of Cooperation at Ministry of Employment, Social Affairs and Vocational Training of Côte d’Ivoire. Prior to that, he served in various senior positions in the Ministry of Employment, Social Affairs and Vocational Training. Before joining the Ministry, he taught in several schools in Abidjan, for instance at National administration school (ENA). Since 2010, he is also the Coordinator of the ADEA Inter-Country Quality Node on Technical and Vocational Skills Development (ICQN-TVSD).
