Karen has been at the Global Partnership for Education since 2013 where she is head of the donor relations team and has been involved in three successful replenishment campaigns. Karen is based in the Brussels office of GPE. Previously she worked for 10 years at Plan International, Head of EU Advocacy, and as Head of the EU Office, where she worked on child rights, gender equality and girls' education. Karen was also a foreign service officer with the Government of Canada, working on development policy and relations with the EU.
