Dr. Uke Kombra (PhD) has served as the Secretary for the NDoE of Papua New Guinea since June 2015. Dr. Kombra acquired his PhD from Queensland University of Technology, Australia in 2011. He has extensive experience in the education sector, having started his career in 1983 as a high school teacher. Dr. Kombra has contributed to the education sector as an education planner and administrator for over 20 years. As the current leader of the NDoE, he is passionate about delivering quality education to the children of Papua New Guinea.
