Yann Doignon is the Online Communications Officer at the Global Partnership for Education and manages the Partnership’s website and digital communications platforms. He holds a Master’s Degree in Comparative Literature from the University of Poitiers, France and a Master’s Degree in Arts Management from the University of Oregon.
