Bénéwendé Bonaventure Segueda
Bénéwendé Bonaventure SEGUEDA is a resource person for ADEA. In the field of education monitoring and information system (EMIS), he participated in the peer review of the EMIS of Mali on the basis of ECOWAS' EMIS norms and standards. He was also part of the technical team that developed and validated the norms and standards document for North Africa.
He is also a primary education inspector, specializing in analysis, management and planning of education systems. Former director of policy formulation, he is currently the director of sectoral statistics at the Directorate of Studies and Sectoral Statistics of the Ministry of National Education and Literacy of Burkina Faso.
He has extensive experience in developing strategies, education projects and programs, action plans and organizational capacity building plans, and in the decentralization of education. Member of the national technical team on the educational systems analysis program of CONFEMEN since 2010, he contributes to the assessment of education quality, especially at the primary level.
