Nooruddin Shah is an Education Specialist at the Global Partnership for Education. Nooruddin has 12 years of professional experience working in education projects funded by DFID, USAID, UNICEF and UNESCO. He has worked closely with ministries of education, donors and other stakeholders to promote educational access and quality in developing countries.
Nooruddin holds a MA degree in International Development from the University of Manchester. Also, he is pursuing research on rural teachers, as a doctoral candidate at the University of Maryland.
