The Global Action Week for Education will take place from April 22 to 28, 2018. This year's theme builds on that of 2017 and addresses accountability for SDG 4 and citizen participation. The emphasis on accountability for the SDGs will focus on states' obligation to build democratic systems and good governance for free, quality and inclusive public education for all.
