The girls' education research symposium organized by Brookings is a series of thematic conversations that will explore approaches to girls’ life skills development based on the research of the 2016 Echidna Global Scholars, which covers a variety of topics in girls’ life skills development.
The Tayari Program is charged with developing a tested, cost-effective and scalable model of early childhood education. This webinar will share the process of creating materials beginning with identifying core skills and aligning these skills to the Kenyan syllabus, defining the scope and sequence, creating developmentally appropriate activities for math, and designing the teacher’s guide for ease of use by teachers.
