Jeff Ramin is the Country Lead for Mongolia and Haiti in the Country Support Team of the Global Partnership for Education Secretariat based in Washington D.C. He focuses on working with these countries to strengthen their education systems through sector and project level work.  Jeff has over 30 years of experience in international development, most of it living in developing countries and working directly with communities and partners to plan and implement effective development programs.  Prior to joining the Global Partnership, he spent more than 10 years with the World Bank based in India, South Africa and Washington working on lending operations with a focus on effective planning, implementation and results.
