Lay-Cheng Tan is a Program Officer at the UNESCO Asia and Pacific Regional Bureau for Education in Bangkok, Thailand. She is currently responsible for projects on teacher education, global citizenship education, and entrepreneurship education. She is also involved in the organization of the annual UNESCO-APEID International Conferences and the Wenhui Award.
