The new donor profiles are divided into three sections and feature the following information:

Contributions of the United Kingdom to the GPE Fund
  • The overview section gives a short summary of the donor partners’ development policy and priorities areas for ODA as well as when they started contributing to the GPE Fund and what Board constituency they belong to. In addition, this section features a graph showing their annual contributions to the GPE Fund since they became partners.
  • The second section gives an overview of the donor partners’ priority areas for development cooperation in the education sector and the top recipients for education aid. Also, the role that national civil society organizations play in development cooperation is highlighted.
  • The aid to education section provides data on the percentage of ODA that donor partners allocate to education and specifically to basic education.
