The GPE funding model requires countries applying for a program implementation grant (ESPIG) to demonstrate government commitment to fund the education sector. This document is the template that ESPIG applicants will use to provide data on domestic financing for the education sector. It is submitted during the Quality Assurance Review phase of the application process. Countries can also use the template to provide relevant updates during the submission of the final ESPIG application package.
