The purpose of Saint Lucia Partnership Compact is mainly to garner financing and other resources and mobilize collective participation of stakeholders to achieve transformation in the education sector.

The selected priority reform is: Climate resilient technology, infrastructural enhancement and equitable quality educational delivery towards acquisition of 21^st century competencies, skills and learning outcomes.
