The Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and key stakeholders commit to using technology to improve the management and delivery of education services in the country. This Partnership Compact details the reform envisaged, and the outcomes expected for success to be realized.

The country’s priority reform statement is: Comprehensive Technology Integration for Enhanced Education in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, the ultimate goal being the attainment of transformational change in the education system.
