This evaluation is part of a larger study of the Global Partnership for Education that comprises 30 country level evaluations. The study was conducted between September 2019 and January 2020 and focuses on GPE support to the Republic of Guinea from 2015 to 2019. It draws on document, database and literature review, as well as on consultations with a total of 86 governmental, multilateral, bilateral, and non-governmental stakeholders in Guinea.
