The Board is requested to consider an expansion of strategic capabilities, in view of a progress update and potential for co-financing. The Board is also requested to confirm the availability of US$13 million to allocate to existing technical assistance initiatives as well as a delegation of authority to the CEO to approve those funds pending further details such as their intended use, and early results of pilots.
