Mozambique signs agreement with donor partners to improve primary education

The Ministry of education and human development in Mozambique signed an agreement with education sector partners to improve the quality of primary education. The agreement will release funding from donor countries and organizations including GPE, Germany, Ireland, Portugal, Canada, Italy, Finland, as well as the World Bank and UNICEF. The priority of this joint project is to achieve inclusive and quality education by improving basic reading, writing, math skills, and professional training for school administrators. The results of the project will be key to justifying future funding.
