Country-level prospective evaluation. Year 2 – Ethiopia

This is the last annual report to be submitted during the three-year prospective evaluation of the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) in Ethiopia – one of eight country prospective evaluations that will be complemented by a total of 20 summative country evaluations, to be carried out between 2018 and 2020.

This report presents the findings of the final prospective evaluation mission to the country, which took place from August 12 to 23, 2019. The report offers conclusions based on the data collection, monitoring and assessment undertaken throughout the evaluation period and is written as a standalone report for the Ethiopia prospective evaluation 2017-2020.
