Report fraud

Find out where to report suspected cases of fraud or misuse of GPE grants

GPE partners seek to ensure the most effective use of all resources supporting lower-income country partners’ education goals. GPE trust fund resources will sometimes be allocated for use in environments where there is high risk of misuse of funds, through fraud, corruption and other poor practices. This could lead to GPE funds being used for a purpose other than that for which they were approved by the Board of Directors.

GPE Partners have zero tolerance for misuse and will use their own policies to always take action to address the misuse and secure recovery of GPE Trust Fund resources lost to misuse. The GPE Secretariat carefully monitors the situation with the relevant grant agents, lower-income country partners, and donors to ensure that all funds identified as misused are reimbursed.
