Based on analysis of actual and foreseen challenges, this report synthesizes the discussions and inputs from simulating the potential impact of COVID-19 on education systems by 2023. The report also shares ideas from the simulation sessions on how the global community, and GPE in particular, could help mitigate disruption in service delivery and sustain learning outcomes.
