KIX Africa 21 Hub is hosting a regional workshop to launch the KIX extension until 2027. It will support countries, in particular the National Coordination teams, to understand the philosophy and the organizational, human and financial resources available through KIX in order to strengthen the culture of sharing knowledge and innovations throughout the region.

The workshop is scheduled to take place both in-person in Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire) and virtually.

The working language will be French, with Portuguese translation.

Participants to this meeting include:

• Representatives of the national coordination teams of the 21 countries (including the Focal Point)
• Members of the Consortium's Steering Committee and Technical Committee
• Representatives from GPE and IDRC (KIX sponsors)
• Representatives from KIX applied research projects
• KIX Africa 21 Hub technical team
• Representatives from strategic partner organizations.
