This interactive webinar, organized by NORRAG’s KIX EAP Hub team in collaboration with the Innovative Financing for Education, will present the latest research and practical experiences using results-based financing for education system management.
The webinar will provide a learning exchange on results-based financing, a financing arrangement where payments are contingent upon the achievement of predefined and subsequently verified results.
The speakers will discuss the opportunities and challenges of using financial incentives to motivate actors at the middle level of education management – that is, school administrators and local government (province, region, or district) managers. The webinar will also explore concrete experiences with RBF in the EAP region and the lessons learned on using such incentives.
