Ludovic Signarbieux

Ludovic is a Senior Education Specialist in the GPE Secretariat, responsible for Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Republic of Congo, Côte d'Ivoire and Togo. He has worked at GPE since 2015. He has more than 15 years of experience in development work, mostly in conflict and post-conflict countries, and both in bilateral and multilateral agencies. He has country experience in Egypt, Urugyay, Afghanistan, Democratic Republic of Congo and Niger, where he worked on coordinating and planning education sector projects. He also worked on macroeconomic issues within the UNDP Economic Unit, including the implementation of the Paris Declaration Principles in Burkina Faso.

Prior to joining the GPE Secretariat, Ludovic worked as a multilateral desk officer in the Development Strategies Department of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs on strategic monitoring, coherence and effectiveness of ODA. He was in charge of reporting on the use of multilateral aid to the Parliament, follow-up to the Multilateral Organization Performance Assessment Network (MOPAN), and the informal donors groups on multilateral aid.
