Lily has over 30 years of experience with the Public Sector, NGO’s and International organizations. She is a seasoned Librarianship and Mass Communication specialist. Currently, she is the focal point of ADEA Working Group on Books and Learning Material (WGBLM) and she is based at Moi University based in Eldoret – Kenya, where she works as a Librarian in charge of the University Bookshops. Lastly, Lily is published and has a book titled Publishing and Book trade in Kenya and several papers in peer reviewed publications.
