Peter Kwasi Kodjie

Peter Kwasi Kodjie is a passionate advocate for youth leadership, youth empowerment, and human rights. He is currently the Secretary General of the All-Africa Students’ Union (AASU), having previously served as its Head of Research and Communications. He gained an MBA and an MA in International Affairs from the University of Ghana, during which time he was elected as the National Secretary of the Ghana Union of Professional Students. He was subsequently elected as the National President of the National Union of Ghana Students. Peter has worked and volunteered with a variety of NGOs, with a focus on advancing the conversation for an empowered youth in African society. He has served on the joint European Commission-African Union Tuning Africa Project Advisory Group (TAPAG II), Board of the Ghana AIDS Commission, Technical Committees at the Ghana Standards Authority and International Organization for Standardization. He also provides professional experience on the Vice Chancellor’s Endowment Fund of the University of Professional Studies, Accra.
