We are seeking an experienced Advisor – Portugal to map key stakeholders, develop and implement a strategy for education financing / financing for GPE. The contract is project-based in support of concrete deliverables between February June 2022 with possibility of extension. The expected working days are 20 days between January and April 2022. The position holder should be based in Lisbon.
