Marc-Antoine Percier is an Operations Analyst working on various projects related to education planning, system strengthening, and financing within the Education, Policy and Learning team of the GPE Secretariat. After working at the Alliance Française de Washington DC, he joined the GPE Secretariat in 2014, initially with the GPE Country Support Team. Marc-Antoine is a national of France and holds two Masters in European and International Public Policies from Science-Po in Strasbourg, France and from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland.
