Gertrude Bvindi is a Project Analyst with ADEA’s Working Group on Education Management and Policy Support (WGEMPS). She is currently responsible for the Learning Assessments portfolio, specifically the Learning Assessments Systems Evaluation Framework (LASEF)’s review. Gertrude has been supporting WGEMPS work with the Inter Country Quality Node on Teaching and Learning (ICQN-TL) including the review of the Learning Assessments Systems Evaluation Framework in Rwanda, Kenya, Senegal and Zambia.
