Sissy Helguero is a monitoring and evaluation consultant in the Results and Performance Team, based in Washington DC, where she has been involved in the GPE’s annual results report for two consecutive years providing technical and analytical support driven to measure the progress of inclusive education for children in low-income countries including those affected by conflict and violence.

With more than five years of experience in developing countries, Sissy holds a bachelor’s in economics and a Master’s degree in Integral Economic Development Management with a focus in education from the Catholic University of America.
